We ask for as little as possible, we keep it safe, and we never make you trade your privacy for access. Here’s exactly what that means.

What we keep

Just the essentials to sign you in and make the reader work well for you:

• Your email address — how we recognize you and open your publications.
• Your IP address and general region — to keep your account secure and show you the right privacy choices.
• The AI searches you run inside a publication — so search works and improves.
• A passkey, only if you choose to set one up for faster, password-free sign-in.

How we use it

• To give you access to publications and AI search — the reason you signed in.
• Only if you opt in: to share news and offers from Digital Quire.
• Only if you opt in: to introduce you to the publisher of a publication you read, so they can follow up.

Your access is never tied to accepting marketing. Marketing and lead-sharing stay off unless you choose to turn them on — and you can change your mind anytime.

Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed for these purposes and applicable legal requirements; IP addresses and AI query logs are purged after a defined retention period.
